Stained Glass Restoration for Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ontario
The Riverside area is an old part of California that has an eclectic mix of cultures and is home to many historic churches from days past. Small chapels, synagogues, and cathedrals throughout the San Bernardino and Ontario area dot the landscape of this fast-growing metropolitan area. From Mission Grove up to San Gorgonio, all the way out Mission Blvd to Montclair, stunning churches are par for the course here. Many of these amazing houses of worship are filled with very beautiful but also, very old stained glass. In synagogues and cathedrals alike, much of the stained glass in the Riverside area was made over a century ago. They are a reminder of our early pioneer past–historical prizes and links to history. In fact, some of the stained glass in churches in the City of Trees is the most amazing in the nation. Sadly, the issue with lovely, antique stained glass is that it begins to deteriorate right about 80 years old. This means much of Riverside’s notable church stained glass is beginning to fail and in danger of being lost if restoration actions are not taken.
