Restoration at Saint John Paul II Catholic Church centered on revitalizing a new chapel addition with stained glass that carried historical and spiritual weight. Though the windows themselves were newly built, the project followed restoration principles: integrating symbolic, apostolic imagery into irregular architectural openings, balancing budget constraints with fine craftsmanship, and using traditional painted details to evoke the timeless character of classical stained glass. By simplifying backgrounds and focusing on symbolic elements—medallions, rays of light, sunburst motifs—we restored a sense of theological richness and sacred ambiance that perfectly complemented the new structure. The result was a chapel brought to life with gentle light and renewed spiritual identity.
